Plans to construct a building for Chipotle and Starbucks at Shelter Cove Towne Centre first came before the Town of Hilton Head during spring of last year.
The plans received approval from the town in June.
Yet, work hasn’t started on the building.
Last week, a sign of hope for burrito and coffee lovers was before the town’s Design Review Board. The developers of the building asked the board for an alteration to plans regarding the parking lot — and it was approved.
