Shelter Cove Towne Center will be just what Hilton Head needs according to manager, Roni Allbritton.
"It's going to be an open-air center and that's what our market craves, we have a beautiful climate here and we will have festivals and events here...it will be a plus for everyone in the community."
The $76 million project is set to create 450 new jobs, and it's even swaying long-term businesses to move in, including Heritage Fine Jewelry who leave its 24-year location at Pineland Station.
"The new town center is centrally located, we feel that we will get more tourists than we're getting in Pineland, and we need a new look..."
