Hilton Head Island native and musician Trevor Hall will return to his hometown to perform music from his upcoming album on Sept. 1.

The acoustic rock, spiritual and reggae singer-songwriter will release his third album, KALA, on Aug. 21.

"Kala" means time in Sanskrit, which represents the final chapter in a trilogy that has followed Hall's spiritual and musical journey over the past three years, according to a news release.

After taking a yearlong break in 2014, Hall is back touring and traveling across the country this summer.

Hall will perform at the Rooftop Bar at Poseidon in Shelter Cove Towne Centre on Sept. 1. The doors will open at 4 p.m., and the show will become a ticketed event at 7 p.m., with Hall taking the stage at 9 p.m. Guests must be 18 or older to enter.
