THE ISLAND PACKET

Two women's clothing boutiques will be opening new shops in Shelter Cove Towne Centre this spring.
The latest additions to the mall are Coastal Bliss, set to open in April or May, and Francesca's, which plans to set up shop in early April, it was announced Thursday.
The new tenants take some of the last remaining spaces available in the center, which is negotiating to fill the final vacancies, mall manager Roni Allbritton said. She declined to identify the prospective companies but said the mall should be full by the end of the year.
Coastal Bliss will move into Suite 126, two doors down from Orange Leaf Frozen Yogurt, co-owner Blake Schmid said.
Over the last year and a half Coastal Bliss has been in business, the shop has outgrown its 800-square-foot space at Fresh Market Shoppes on William Hilton Parkway, Schmid said. The new location will have twice the space for Schmid and co-owner Christina Dzendzel.
"We just believe that's really an up-and-coming shopping center for the area," Schmid said. "With all the restaurants there's lot of foot traffic. In the summer, it'll be great to have the Tuesday fireworks. We're growing a little bit, and the space will be nice."
Francesca's will open a second Hilton Head location in Suite 130 in Shelter Cove, according to the mall's website. The store will be an expansion of its Coligny Plaza location.
The new additions are the latest in a dozen stores that have announced over the past year they are moving into the shopping center. Last month, construction began on restaurant chain Wayback Burgers' planned Shelter Cove location.
